Terms of Service, Refund & Exchange Policy

  1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Kalli Swimwear.

By purchasing from Kalli Swimwear, you agree to the Terms of Service and policies outlined below. These terms are designed to protect both our brand and our valued customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.


  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take exceptional care in ensuring that all product descriptions, imagery, and pricing are accurate. However, slight colour variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

A detailed size guide is provided to assist with selecting the correct fit. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide prior to purchase. Kalli Swimwear cannot be held responsible for incorrect size selection.


  1. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Prices are subject to change without notice.


  1. EXCHANGES

We welcome exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Original packaging must be fully intact
• All sanitary hygiene stickers must remain attached and untouched
• No signs of makeup, perfume, deodorant, or wear
• Item must be returned in resaleable condition

For hygiene reasons, we strongly recommend trying on swimwear over underwear.

Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.


  1. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds will only be approved if:

• The item is returned in its original packaging
• All sanitary hygiene stickers remain fully intact
• The item has not been worn, washed, or altered
• The item is in pristine, resaleable condition

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, any item returned without its sanitary liner or in compromised condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution.


  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Items with removed or tampered sanitary liners
• Worn, damaged, or altered items
• Items returned after the 7-day return window
• Sale or promotional items (unless otherwise stated)


  1. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

We will assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


  1. SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Kalli Swimwear is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external shipping providers once the order has been dispatched.
